Turmeric Smoothie Recipe


1 Banana (Frozen or Ripe)
1 Cup of Frozen Mango
2 Tbsp of Yoghurt (Add Greek Yoghurt for Protein)
2/3 to 1/2 a cup of preferred milk
1 Tsp of Turmeric
1 Tsp of Honey


Toss ingredients into a blender and mix until you achieve your preferred consistency. This is a super easy way of reducing inflammation and obtaining all those wonderful antioxidants and vitamins to start your day!
