Turmeric Smoothie Recipe
- 1 Banana (Frozen or Ripe)
- 1 Cup of Frozen Mango
- 2 Tbsp of Yoghurt (Add Greek Yoghurt for Protein)
- 2/3 to 1/2 a cup of preferred milk
- 1 Tsp of Turmeric
- 1 Tsp of Honey
Toss ingredients into a blender and mix until you achieve your preferred consistency. This is a super easy way of reducing inflammation and obtaining all those wonderful antioxidants and vitamins to start your day!
