INGREDIENTS:

✔️PORK BELLY (sub chicken or beef)

✔️RICE

✔️CORN

✔️CUCUMBER 

✔️GREEN ONIONS

 

DIRECTIONS:

1️⃣ Marinate pork belly in ‘Char Siu Sauce’ (alternative BBQ)

2️⃣Cook rice & Corn

3️⃣Thinly slice cucumber and green onion 

4️⃣Assemble bowl and add desired sauces (sriracha, soya)
