Goat Cheese Pear Salad

INGREDIENTS

✔️arugula
✔️goat cheese
✔️1 pear thinly sliced
✔️cucumber
✔️red onion
✔️protein (either chicken, prosciutto, salmon)
✔️1 TBSP chia seeds
✔️balsamic glaze
✔️olive oil
✔️salt and pepper to taste
