️⃣ Slice chicken breast into small 1/4” strips making sure to cut against the grain. Marinate with salt, pepper, soy sauce, corn starch and avocado or vegetable oil. Set aside for at least 15 minutes, perfect amount of time to prep your other ingredients.

️⃣ Thoroughly wash, then prepare vegetables by cutting carrots into matchsticks, separating broccoli heads from stem and roughly chopping green onion into quarter pieces. Set aside.

️⃣ Prepare sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, sugar, pepper and corn starch.

️⃣ Cook lo mein noodles using the instructions on the package. Once cooked, immediately rinse under cool water and coat with avocado or vegetable oil.

️⃣ Over high heat, sear chicken in avocado or vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove chicken from on and set aside.

️⃣ Using the hot pan and the remaining oil, saite your garlic until fragrant. Then proceed to toss in your vegetables. We like to cook them for 2 minutes uncovered then 2 minutes covered with a drizzle of water to the ensure they cook thoroughly and get the maximum crunch!

️⃣ Lastly, once vegetables are cooked your going to add your chicken and noodles and coat them with your premixed sauce. Ensure you mix all the ingredients together so that you get the most flavour in every bite! Serve, then enjoy!
