Try these ‘Carnitas Tacos’ today or for your next taco Tuesday! You will NOT regret it
1️⃣ Cook carnitas pork using your favourite method. We cooked ours for 8 hours in a slow cooker.
2️⃣ Once meat is cooked, take out and shred then set aside.
3️⃣ Filter the left over sauce from the meet through a strainer and add pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika and garlic powder then set aside.
4️⃣ Chop onion, avocado and cilantro and drizzle lime and mix to create homemade Pico de gallo.
5️⃣ On a frying pan dip a tortilla into the bria sauce and fry, add some Pico de gallo and cheese. Fold and crisp on each side.
6️⃣ Serve with a side of the bria sauce and enjoy!
