Banana Protein Bowl Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

✔️3 Frozen Banana 

✔️2 Scoop of Greek yogurt 

✔️1 Ripe Banana

✔️1 Tsp of Chia Seeds

✔️1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder 


DIRECTIONS:

1️⃣Add Greek yogurt, protein powder and frozen banana into blender and blend until thick and creamy (ice cream) texture

2️⃣Put mixture into a bowl and add sliced ripe banana and chia seeds to the top

3️⃣Enjoy
